SP UNITS, a French company registered with ID number 982 747 545, is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. Our registered office is 78 rue du Bourbonnais, 69009 Lyon, France. For privacy requests, contact contact@sp-units.com.
The form asks for your name, organisation, professional email and requirements. These fields are required so that we can understand and answer your request; your telephone number is optional. Your selected public catalogue examples are included in the inquiry. Please do not send patient identifiers, medical records or other sensitive personal information.
We use these details to handle your professional inquiry and discuss your project. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business requests. The form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or add you to an advertising audience.
The inquiry is intended for the SP Units team at contact@sp-units.com. The form uses the website infrastructure on Cloudflare and, when delivery is available, Brevo's transactional email service. Our email service also processes the resulting correspondence. An acknowledgement from the sending service does not confirm that a message has arrived in our inbox.

Your browser stores a validated copy of the public example catalogue and your selected public profiles or parameters. These support catalogue access and keep your selection after a refresh. There is no account and no automatic expiry for this local storage. You can remove items in your inquiry or clear this site's data in your browser.
Your typed contact details and message remain in memory during the open visit, including navigation between pages. The website does not save those fields in browser storage. Refreshing or closing the page clears that in-memory copy; it does not delete a message already sent.
Website requests include technical information such as your IP address and browser headers. We use technical protection to limit automated abuse and duplicate inquiries, based on our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.
The inquiry protection database stores a random request reference, keyed fingerprints, a timestamp and delivery state. It does not store your contact fields, message, selection or raw IP address. Records older than 24 hours are removed when the next valid inquiry is processed; hosting backups are separate. Email correspondence is retained separately from this technical record. The website application does not install advertising trackers or an audience analytics service. Its local storage supports the catalogue and your inquiry selection. Cloudflare may use technical security cookies to protect delivery of the site. These functions do not use your inquiry content for advertising.
You can ask to access, correct or erase your personal information, restrict its use, or object to processing based on legitimate interests, subject to the applicable legal conditions. Send your request to contact@sp-units.com or to our registered office above. Please provide enough information for us to identify the correspondence concerned without including sensitive information.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
